Search results relevance
Searching in the Shop presents the user with a list of categories and offers containing the searched term. Category and offer search results are ordered by relevance using the following criteria:
Relevance criteria for Offer search results
Term found in offer name
Term found in short description
Term found in the details section (short description, hyperlink)
Associated category name contains the term
Offer results of equal relevance are further sorted by name in the ascending order.
Relevance criteria for Category search results
Term found in category name
Term found in an offer belonging to the category
Category results of equal relevance are further sorted by number of offers in the category.
