End user perspective
The requestor management functionality has the following consequences for the end user:
If no requestor has been created for the currently logged in user, the user can request only for themselves.
If a requestor has been created for the currently logged in user, the user can request for themselves and for all recipients specified in the user's requestor. In this case, two scenarios exist:
If ordering rights in the requestor definition are set to , the user can request for everybody.
If the ordering rights are set to , the user can only request for a limited set of persons. Specifically:
Persons specified as individual recipients
Persons belonging to any of the specified recipient groups.
In the dropdown, the user sees a list of individual recipients, no matter if they have been specified individually or by their affiliation to a recipient group.
The attribute is mandatory and pre-filled by default with the currently logged in user.
