Create an offer

To create a new offer:

  1. Click the Create offer button at the top of the offer list.

  2. The Create offer dialog opens. Specify the following attributes:

    1. Offer name - mandatory

      Duplicate offer names (even within the same category) are allowed (although not encouraged).

    2. Short description - optional

    3. Categories - mandatory, assign one or more categories

      Click in the field and select from the displayed list of 3rd level categories.

      Alternatively, start typing in the field and select from the prefiltered list.

    4. Images - optional

      Drag and drop or browser for one or more image files to be displayed with the offer. Up to 4 images can be assigned.

  3. Click Save offer to finalize the offer creation.

Tip

  • The newly created offer represents the most basic specification. Other relevant attributes will need to be specified in Offer detail.

  • All the attributes specified during offer creation can also be later changed in Offer detail.

  • A newly created offer receives status In Preparation. An offer In Preparation is inactive and needs to be activated before it is visible to the end user.
