Specify the offer

Having found the right offer, you need to specify some of its aspects. The extent of offer configuration varies widely depending on what you are requesting.

  1. Click a found offer to open it in the Offer detail page.

  2. In the Offer detail page you will

    1. be able to see a description and one or more images of the offer; and possibly find a hyperlink to get even more information.

    2. have to specify for whom the offer is requested. You can select yourself or those Shop users for whom you are allowed to request. (See the Selection from business objects section under Offer detail/Parameters for more information.)

    3. need to specify some offer parameters such as the date range of a requested service, the system a component is to be added to, individual items quantity etc.

    4. sometimes need or be able to do more configuration by selecting options from predefined component groups.

  3. When the configuration is finished, go to the Summary section to request the result.
